Returns & Refunds policy

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Garbhasutra primarily provides educational, counselling, coaching, wellness and spiritual guidance services. As these services involve professional time, knowledge, preparation and digital resources, refunds are subject to the terms below.

2. CONSULTATIONS

Fees paid for any services under Garbhasutra program, consultations, counselling sessions or advisory sessions are non-refundable.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads, recorded sessions, online courses, PDFs, worksheets, audio files, video materials and electronic resources are non-refundable once access has been granted.

4. PROGRAM CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

Refunds are not guaranteed for participant-initiated cancellations. Any refund request will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable refund terms.

5. CHANGE IN PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Personal circumstances, health decisions, schedule changes or changes in personal plans do not automatically qualify for a refund. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. RESCHEDULING

Consultations may be rescheduled if at least 24 hours' prior notice is provided.

6. NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation, workshop or session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

7. CANCELLATION BY GARBHASUTRA

If Garbhasutra cancels a scheduled program or consultation, participants may receive either:
• A full refund (refund may vary as per the actual reason); or
• Credit toward a future program.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Garbhasutra shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, internet failures, emergencies or other force majeure events.

9. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds shall generally be processed within 30 business days after approval of the refund request, through the original payment method wherever reasonably possible. Any applicable deductions, including administrative charges, payment gateway fees, transaction charges, processing fees, or other non-recoverable costs incurred by Garbhasutra may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

10. EXCEPTIONAL CASES

Any exception shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of Garbhasutra management.
